The key to our success. Main Group only engage the highest skilled craftsmen, so you are assured of above average results.

No Hidden Surprises

Preferring to work on a Cost-Plus basis, you are in complete control of the build and that process. Alternatively, Fixed Priced contracts are developed in conjunction with the best Quantity Surveyors with the most up to date pricing schedules, so there are no surprises.

True Accountability

Every client has direct access to Darran as the Managing Director and will also be allocated a licenced builder to discuss day to day queries as they arise. Regular site meetings can be established to go through and queries or concerns.

Communication

Communication is at the core of Main Group, we pride ourselves on it. Communication will be at all levels and will continue through the post build period to ensure that any concerns that you may have, are answered and resolved in a timely manner.

7-year QBCC builder’s warranty

All works new construction works are covered by a 7 year warranty period
