We offer Fixed Price or Cost-Plus MBA Contracts to suit any budget.

How do I finance my build?

Typically, a construction loan is used during the building of a new home, which allows you to draw down funds in stages as construction is underway. Loan funds are advanced progressively as Main Group complete pre-agreed construction stages.

There are six payments to be made, use the following breakdown as a guide only:

• Initial deposit – 5% of the total contract
• Base stage – 10%
• Frame stage – 15%
• Lock up – 35%
• Fixing stage – 25%
• Practical completion – 10%

Do you do knock down/re-build?

Yes, we are happy to do knock down re-build projects.

Do you work with client’s that have their own plans and engineering?

Definitely, but we do encourage you to engage your builder as early as possibly to avoid any pitfalls.
